2013/2014 Admissions Open for Programmes at the KNUST

It is announced for the information of the general public and all prospective Ghanaian, International and Postgraduate Applicants that Application to Programmes at the University  for the 2013/2014 Academic year is now open;

Ghanaian Undergraduate Applicants

The Sale of Forms is open to Ghanaian Applicants to Degree/Diploma/Top-Up Programmes of Study at the University for the 2013/2014 Academic Year. Non-resident Ghanaians with foreign results may have a relative purchase Application Forms on their behalf and apply as Ghanaian Undergraduate Applicants. If a Ghanaian generates a PIN pair for the admission process, he/she shall be considered an International applicant and shall remain so throughout the period of their study.

International Undergraduate Applicants

It is announced for the information of all prospective International Applicants that Application for the 2013/2014 Academic Year is now open. Interested Applicants are required to complete their application online only after which a hard copy together with photocopies of relevant Certificates and evidence of payment of Application processing fee of $100 (US Dollars) should be sent to:

Postgraduate Applicants

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to Research and Higher Degree Programmes (MSc/MFA/MA/MBA/EMBA/PG. DIPLOMA/MPH/M.PHARM/ M.PHIL/PhD)

Fee-paying Applicants

Fee-paying facility is available to Applicants who do not meet the competitive Departmental/Faculty Requirements and Cut-off Points but satisfy the Minimum Entry Requirements of Aggregate 24 or better. Applicants who wish to take advantage of this facility should indicate this online.

Parallel Applicants

Parallel facility is available to Applicants who do not meet the competitive Departmental/Faculty Requirements and Cut-off Points but satisfy the Minimum Entry Requirements of Aggregate 24 or better. Applicants who wish to take advantage of this facility should select the appropriate programmes.

On the 1st of October, 2010, Professor William Otoo Ellis was appointed as Vice Chancellor for a four year term to steer the affairs of this great institution by the Council of this University.
